TRUST & TRANSPARENCY
Terms of Service
Effective 26 October 2026
The terms for using Levacion’s medical and health-science learning platform.
1. About these terms
These terms govern use of Levacion at levacion.com, including its learning materials, semester planning, assessments, simulations and upload tools. Contact officiallevacion@gmail.com with questions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. If you cannot agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and use only accounts you are entitled to access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. Google sign-in remains subject to Google’s authentication rules. Users who cannot enter a binding agreement independently must have any parent or guardian authorisation required by applicable law.
3. Educational purpose
Levacion is a learning platform, not a degree-awarding university, regulator or clinical service. Its courses, internal GPA, progress reports and practice examinations do not replace official university results, accreditation or professional qualifications. Curriculum alignment does not imply endorsement by NUC, NMCN, any university or examination body.
Medical lessons and simulations support education and are not diagnosis, treatment or instructions for unsupervised patient care. Check current authoritative teaching and clinical guidance and use appropriate qualified supervision. Generated explanations and automated marking can contain mistakes; use the feedback and support channels to report an issue. We do not guarantee a particular GPA, examination result or completion date.
4. Permitted use
You may use the service and authorised materials for personal learning within the access and usage limits shown to you. Do not share account credentials, bypass limits, access another user’s information, distribute malware, disrupt services, impersonate others, or use the platform for fraud or academic misconduct. Do not scrape or redistribute protected content or attempt to extract confidential examination or answer-key data without permission.
5. Your uploaded content
You retain rights you hold in your uploads and original contributions. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not submit identifiable patient records, confidential clinical information or other people’s personal information without a lawful basis and necessary authorisation.
You grant Levacion a non-exclusive permission to store, extract, process and use your submitted content to provide the features you request, including processing by service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership and does not permit publication of your private uploads in the shared library. Use available deletion controls or contact us to request removal, subject to lawful retention requirements.
6. Platform content and third parties
Levacion and its licensors retain rights in the platform software, branding and learning materials. Your access does not transfer ownership or give permission to resell or republish them. Third-party videos, models, links and resources may have separate terms and availability. Contact officiallevacion@gmail.com with the location and details of material you believe infringes your rights; we will investigate.
7. Availability, usage and payment
Features, content and usage limits may change as the platform develops. We may interrupt access for maintenance, security or faults and will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Some features may require payment. Any price, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions must be presented before purchase; these terms alone do not create a paid subscription or authorise a charge. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
8. Suspension and account closure
We may restrict or suspend access proportionately for misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to raise an objection; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. You can stop using the service and request account closure by emailing officiallevacion@gmail.com from your registered address. Closure and deletion are handled under the Privacy Policy; signing out or disconnecting Google does not itself erase stored records.
9. Responsibility and disputes
We take reasonable care in providing Levacion, but do not promise uninterrupted operation or error-free learning content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorised disclosure of credentials or reliance on educational output as clinical or official academic advice. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Contact officiallevacion@gmail.com to seek resolution of a dispute. This does not prevent you from approaching a competent court, regulator or other legally available remedy.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms and publish the effective date on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the service or account contact channels where appropriate, and obtain renewed agreement where required. Questions, complaints and requests can be sent to officiallevacion@gmail.com.
